The current posted price is $9.99 for a name search or a case-number search, with one case detail included. A name search charges $9.99 for each additional case detail. Available document images cost $5 for the first 20 pages and $0.50 for each additional page.
Use the case detail to identify the prosecution, then obtain the record you need
Just One Look can show court setting dates, actions and rulings, party details, a case-action summary, financial information and available document images. Use the case number, court, charge and disposition to verify that the result is the intended case. If a certified clerk copy is required, contact the court clerk rather than treating a paid online image as automatically certified.
ALEA personal review is a different, fingerprint-supported product
ALEA's personal-review route is for reviewing Alabama criminal-history record information about yourself. ALEA requires the application, fingerprints and current photo identification and lists a $25 fee by money order or cashier's check, with additional copies listed at $5. This route is not the same as a public Just One Look court search.
Qualifying employers use the Alabama Background Check System
ALEA describes the Alabama Background Check System as a secure service for qualifying employers to access Alabama criminal records for current or prospective employees.
